Adam Donnelly is an artist and educator who recently moved from Oakland, CA to New York City. His work focuses on DIY and alternative photographic processes and he has exhibited on both coasts. He is interested in how materials, process, and concept can intersect in the creation of art. He was a Visiting Artist at The Children's Discovery Museum of San Jose in 2015, an Artist-In-Residence at Rayko Photo Center in 2014, and he received the No Reservations Grant the San Francisco Art Institute in 2013. Selected exhibitions include Santa Cruz Museum, Alter Space, San Francisco, Royal NoneSuch, Oakland, Creative Center for Photography, Los Angeles, Black Box Gallery, Portland, and Converse Headquarters, North Andover, MA.
